They need to fire the Manager. The only way to achieve service this bad has to be the manager. It has potential because it’s a very interesting space with great exposed brick and arched ceilings. Great club type music, and the food was actually pretty good. I don’t mind higher prices for great food but it took an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES to get our appetizers. They weren’t complicated dishes either. We were there three hours before we were done and we didn’t have coffee or desert. I read some other reviews about bad service but I figured that in light of some bad reviews they would have fixed the issue. Nope.

The manager must not care, or maybe they don’t know what people expect when they come out for a nice dinner. Either fire the manager or maybe the owner should sell to someone that cares. Maybe they don’t care, because they’re really laundering money so it doesn’t matter if people wait hours for their food. I’m kinda curious about the story behind service that’s implausibly bad.

This was a very nice restaurant hidden down some steep stairs. The ceiling was quite low in certain parts, so be alert.
The food was excellent although it was a bit strange that they didnt have the menu in english.
The  barrata was simple yet very tasty.  The fish was also full of flavour and nicely plated.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu.

Coktails are great. We ordered at 20.00 and our meal came at 21.45. I ate the ribeye and the meat was bot good.

Very poor quality of food. Very pricy. I had the "Rindsbackerl" which was super expensive (40 EUR) and 80% were not eatable because it was fat. The waiter told me that Rindbackerl have to be in that way. Previous comparison in other restaurants as well a short google research found the characteristic of Rindsbackerl is soft, tender meat. Hence, the restaurant did neither confessed nor excused this severe quality issue, they blamed me not knowing how the dish should be like. By the way the meat itself tasted rather like shoulder, ie Goulash meat, than Rindsbackerl. Hence, fancy setting selling very poor quality at high prices. Would Strongly disregard and not recommend anyone going into this tourist trap.
