A true Viennese luxury experience

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Wien was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and the entire experience reflected the elegance and charm of Vienna.

The rooms are beautifully appointed, combining classic style with modern comfort. Everything was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing stay.

The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Opera House and Kärntner Straße, yet perfectly peaceful inside.

The service throughout the hotel was flawless: attentive, polite, and always one step ahead of our needs. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options in a beautiful setting.

Poor customer service for a 5-stars hotel !!

I stayed at Grand Hotel Wien from February 21 to 23, 2025, on a business trip. Despite booking directly through the hotel’s website and being charged before arrival, I was denied an invoice at check-out and told to email a department that never responded.

Even after speaking with a manager, I was refused any proof of stay or payment, which is completely unacceptable for a luxury hotel.

I still have no invoice or explanation. I do not recommend this hotel for business travelers or anyone expecting professional service.

This hotel is a palace. This beautiful inside and the rooms are beautiful with a lot of space. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful when we had questions about events so get your information yourself online instead of asking them. The service in the breakfast wasn’t very good and the servers weren’t very nice. It’s a basic European breakfast but I had higher expectations for this hotel and the food wasn’t that good there. Their room service, bar, house keeping and Christmas Day brunch was great though.
