Their pizzas are definitely overrated, I haven't tasted their other dishes.
We made a reservation at Mio Restaurant with great expectations after looking at the comments. Even though it was a late hour for us, we waited until 19:30 because they told us on the phone that they had no other free tables.
When we went to the restaurant, we saw that there were many empty tables on the terrace, and since the interior was noisy, we preferred to sit on the terrace.
When we entered the restaurant, there was no one at the door to greet us or take care of our reservation.
When we sat down, the waiter took the service papers with menu information from the next table and handed them to us. Although I was not sure, they looked like they had been used before.
After placing our orders, we waited for more than 30 minutes and the waiter asked if our orders had arrived. The hour, which was already quite late for dinner for us, got later and the orders arrived at 20:15, obviously they had been forgotten. There was no apology for this. As you can see, we didn't have a good experience until the pizzas arrived.
While we thought that maybe we would forget this negativity because of the taste of the pizzas, we saw that their pizzas were not actually one of the best pizzas we had in Vienna. In our opinion, the dough was not tasty enough and the tomato sauce was too little. While we thought we chose the most delicious pizzas on the menu, we couldn't eat the pizzas with great appetite.
With all these subpar experiences, along with the high prices we paid for pizzas, we decided not to go there anymore when we wanted to eat a good pizza.
Those who want to eat pizza while walking around the mall can go there, of course, if they want to eat it for that high price.

We go to this restaurant very often; the quality of the food is outstanding, and the staff is extremely friendly and polite. The pizza crust is truly exceptional. You can't even have such an amazing pizza experience in Italy .. And of course, the tiramisu is amazing too  and other foods also ❤️I highly recommend 🫶

The truffle gnocchi tasted good but it was very heavy on my stomach later on!
The burrata salad was delicious! The cookies chocolate wasnt all that.
Service was good and the atmosphere was really nice!

We’ve been in this Pizzeria some months ago. The atmosphere was super cosy and nice (especially the inside).
We took two different pizza so we could try with sauce and white.
The dough was very light ,the ingredient on the pizza were tasty and fresh.
One pizza was a bit overcooked (The Margherita ) while the other (salsiccia e friarielli) needed to cook a bit more.
The service was ok.
The cocktail were good.
Price honest compared to some other Pizzeria’s in Vienna.

If you're in Vienna but fancy some authentic Italian food, you've come to the right place. Not only does the staff speak Italian to each other, but the food is genuinely excellent. I had a pizza here that tasted just like a true Neapolitan pizza! It's a restaurant I will happily return to.

PS: I recently visited this place to try out more of their delicious Italian dishes. Everything was fantastic: the service was kind and attentive, and the food was excellent and prepared with fresh ingredients. I didn't have to wait long for my order, which made the experience even better.
