Amauris Hotel in Vienna has set a new standard for exceptional hospitality during my business travels. The spacious and well-appointed rooms, combined with the delectable breakfast options, made my stay truly memorable.

While I'm not typically a fan of local cuisine, the hotel's staff, particularly Mr. Valentin and Mr. Georg, were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The chefs' culinary expertise resulted in an unforgettable breakfast experience that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms spacious and beautiful. Beds unbelievably comfortable and as for the pillows!!

Restaurant experience was one of the highlights! Loved it. It was a culinary delight. We took the 7 course tasting menu and it was amazing. Every single course delicious. We all enjoyed the meal and agreed it was just the right amount and not too much, as can sometimes be the case with tasting menus. The staff deserve a special mention. They were fantastic, engaged, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.

The absolute best with a tiny bitter aftertaste.  This hotel is truly amazing in so many ways, from the magnificent rooms to the impeccable service  and fantastic and, I mean, fantastic  food at the restaurant.  The spa area is just a gem with a hotel this size in the middle of Vienna with an oasis of calm sporting  a sauna and steam room with a good-sized little pool/jacuzzi The bitter aftertaste... We left a bunch of clothes in the closet. About half of them brand new clothes from high-end brands with tags on.  They did find them after we left, but despite  having all our contacts (emails, phone numbers etc.) instead of reaching  out, they put it in lost and found. Took me 6 days to realize we are missing some clothes. No contact from the hotel. Mind you, this is not a cheap place at all. 5 star thousand  dollar a night  rooms. It is such a dumb mistake to do, an unforced error which just leaves you with this lingering bad tasting thought of  why wouldn't they reach out? Once WE contacted them, they gave everything back, of course. Other than this, the place is perfect.

Not really going to get much better in Vienna for the price.  Quiet and very personal service.  Must stay once!

As for breakfast?  I generally don't eat hotel breakfast, but we were heading out and decided to give it a try.  Can't really say enough about it.  They pay a lot of attention to detail and are 1000% caring for allergies!

This hotel completely saved our honeymoon!! We were stuck in Linz due to horrible rain and flooding, and no train or bus services were running to Vienna. We missed two days but luckily found an Uber to bring us on the third day. The hotel staff immediately helped us upon arrival as we explained the issues that happened. We had to cancel the next portion of our trip to Budapest so we asked to extend our stay here, so we didn't have to depart the next morning and have a horrible ending to our honeymoon. Not only did they immediately get us booked for more nights, they were SO sweet, calm, and helpful at a very stressful time for us, so it was a wonderful feeling to know we had a place to stay and that they truly wanted to help us.
On top of that, because they knew we had such a hard travel experience, they upgraded us to an Executive Suite for the entirety of our stay. I almost cried!  We had been staying in a hostel the past two nights while we were stranded in Linz (due to everything being booked), and I would have been happy for a clean room and bathroom - But they went above and beyond to make sure our honeymoon wasn't ruined and I just can't explain how much it meant to us, and how relieved, excited, and happy we were to be able to complete our honeymoon dream trip, and ALSO get the cherry on top with the amazing room, and the AMAZING staff.
They continued helping us, delivered us a beautiful card and card, and provided an amazing recommendation for lunch! As a travel agent, Ive stayed in many hotels around the world, and the staff here are the best I've ever encountered!! The hotel itself is also amazing! The amenities are wonderful and the location is absolutely perfect. I can't recommend this hotel enough!! I will forever be a client of this hotel, and will always stay at this property when I return to Vienna. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!
