I would not recommend it.
Advantages:
1. Modern interior.
2. Comfortable bed.
3. There is a refrigerator.
4. Near the track for jogging.
Disadvantages:
1. It is dirty.
2. The smell of mold.
3. No outlet in the bathroom.
4. No toilet paper available.
5. Only overhead shower, no regular hand shower.
6. The staff at the reception appears after eleven in the morning, so they will not hear any comments.

Location: If you are not in your own car, it is not convenient. Public transportation is far away.

Great stay. Great host. It’s little far from from everything in the center but then perks right by the canal, free parking , bigger rooms etc.

Excellent service! Amazing location by the river Dunes! Very clean and comfortable rooms! Staff is very friendly and happy to address customers' enquiries! The parking area is free! Highly recommended for couples and families! Real value for money!!!!!

It’s a nice place to rest if you are just passing by Vienna. It’s not at all close to Vienna center. If you are going to use the public transportation of Vienna it will take you around 45 minutes to get to center. By car, it will be faster, around 20 minutes.
The rooms are ok, big and nice. Bathrooms, some of them, are also big. It’s a very quiet area, close to Danube River. There’s also a path to walk through the Danube. We have stayed for one night, and it was ok. Also, there is a huge parking place and it’s free of charge. Staff was friendly. Free coffee in the mornings. It’s just perfect for one night staying. After midnight the main door is locked and you’ll have to use the secondary door with you key room. During the winter might no be very welcoming, but during the summer could be beautiful.

Hotel is ok priced but not very pleasant or well looked after. Next door is a shisha bar playing loud obnoxious music till late. Rooms have no ventilation or air condition Location is nice but would probably have enjoyed spending a bit more for somewhere nicer
