A great museum for adults and kids alike. You only pay for adults. It features an enormous collection of fascinating minerals, crystals and stones. The dinosaurs exhibition will definitely impress your kids!

The queue for the tickets wasn’t long so we didn’t bother buying tickets online.

The cloakroom was busy and the staff is friendly but expects a tip, he gave us a huge locker for a small fee, as if it was a favor - not in a rude manner though

Our visit to the Museum of Natural History in Vienna was an awesome experience for both me and the kids! The museum is filled with fascinating exhibits, but the highlight for us was definitely the dinosaur installation. The lifelike dinosaurs that roared and moved captivated the kids, making the visit incredibly exciting and educational at the same time.

The museum is well-organized, with plenty of interactive displays that kept the children engaged throughout our visit. It’s a perfect place for families, offering both fun and learning in one trip. We spent hours exploring the various exhibits, and the kids are already asking to go back!

If you’re in Vienna, this museum is a must-visit, especially if you have little ones who love dinosaurs!

This is an absolute stop for everyone who loves science and even for those who don't,  because you cannot be indifferent to everything that is on display here. The building itself is absolutely stunning. The details, the statues of science-related personalities, and the rooms and ceilings lavishly decorated with fabulous paintings are out of this world.
You have sections on geology, biology,  zoology, paleontology, archaeology, botany, and some more. You have beautiful taxidermy examples of wildlife and sea life. You have skeletons of various animals, past and present, like dinosaurs,  giant turtles, and giant sloths. You will spend hours on end here.

A nice museum, in which you can easily  spend a couple hours of fun and education. There are plenty collections, no matter what you interested into, you will find it here: Geology, biology, taxidermy, paleontology, botany and many other.

My favourite ones were the dioramas, which were pristine and detailed. Make sure to stroll the square, in front of the museum, which features some great fountain and monuments.

You need few hours for all Museum. Amazing. Great for kids. Museum workers are friendly and very polite. On info desk you can pay 9 euros for tour that includes going on the roof of the museum. Guide is beautiful lady. You can see she loves her job. Great experience
