Very high level of gastronomy. Almost perfection in both taste and plating! Nice ambiance and setting. Deserves at least one Michelin star maybe even two.

Nothing but the best here... Phenomenal mastery of the chef and his team in creating food using only fire as heat source. An experience seldomly matched elsewhere. This takes you straight to the culinary top, satisfying and surprising your taste senses in many ways. The warm welcome and wonderful explanation of all dishes and wines made is also a cozy and interesting evening.

Disappointing and extremely overpriced culinary experience. The prices exceed Michelin restaurants across Europe and the taste / quality is far behind. Doubek is the definition of social media overhype. Lucky for them, there are enough tourists visiting Vienna that will fall for the trap — hopefully at least some get to read this before making the mistake of dining here…

My wife and I travelled from Canada for a fantastic experience at Restaurant Doubek. The ambiance, food, wine, and service are exceptional.

From the moment one enters the restaurant, guests are treated to an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The pre-meal aperitif in the lounge is a great touch and the dining room is intimate, providing an excellent view of the kitchen and course preparation.

Watching Chef Stefan and his team operate is a genuine privilege. The 18 course meal is fantastic with an emphasis on seafood. This pairs well with the charcoal and fire based cooking techniques complemented by flavourful and rich sauces.

Nora's service and hospitality are phenomenal and the wine pairings accompanying each section are well curated. It is only a matter of time before a Michelin star is hanging on the wall. The most exciting part of this experience is that the restaurant has an enormous ceiling and the potential to continue elevating itself.

We are so excited to return during our next stay in Vienna. Congratulations team!
