This is a very nice hotel located very closely to the city center. The hotel has an old-fashioned style (and I mean this positively) - classical interior, excellent service, real roomkeys instead of plastic swipe ones. The room is good - also classical, comfortable bed, a safe, minibar, and bathroom. The bathroom could do with a little upgrade, but all fine. Breakfast could be slightly better - it is good, but a bit basic. Overall highly recommended.

This was a wonderful hotel .Everything was tip top. The location is fabulous for walking just about anywhere you would want to go. We stayed here for the Christmas markets and it was very convenient. The only thing I would caution for seniors is the tubs are high and very deep and hard to get in and out of.  I am not sure if they have just plain walk-in showers but it is something to consider if you have a mobility issue. I'm 5 ft tall and I thought it was difficult to get in and out of the tub.

It would have been better if the rooms were a bit larger in dimensions.  The room we had felt a bit too small.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's very near to the old town and the different Christmas markets.

Located centrally built in the end of the 19th century, styled hotel,packed with antiques. Cosy quiet rooms. Great, they accept pets! Breakfast is close to standard. Beyond the breakfast, the hotel restaurant is very good, they serve high quality dishes.

Everything was extremely pleasant, however, it should be noted that when checking out, close to €28 had to be returned via ATM of the €30 they asked me for as a deposit and that really hasn't happened to this day, as I left the hotel on January 4th.
I have made several attempts over the phone to resolve this issue and to date nothing has happened!
I'm really sad, it's not because of the value in question, but because of the attitude!
I don't believe that a hotel with such distinction needs to keep the deposit they ask for from customers!
