My second time staying with Andaz!

My first experience was in Prague which was perfect and so I expected nothing less from Andaz Vienna, however I must say it was different.

Andaz Vienna, is located slightly out of the city centre with the convenience of a tram/train stop nearby. For its location I was slightly surprised to realize the hotels rooftop bar priced its services as if they were in zone 1. Not even 5 star hotels in the city centre charge you 22 euros for a cocktail. In my opinion a little high for the location. Next to that the staff at the rooftop terrace seemed rather annoyed and busy to serve us.

With that being said the hotel itself at the reception offered great service. Your standard - good service not going the extra mile. The room was spacious and clean as you can see on the pictures we even got a little welcome cake. The beds were a little hard for our taste but fine for a few nights.

Another point is that when the maid made up our room (which we had to request) nothing was done expect for the bed. We had empty bottles of water and food plates on the table which in my opinion should have been taken away.

Overall it was a fine stay with just a few minor points of detail.

An Amazing Stay at Andaz
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andaz, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel has such great vibes from the moment you step in—modern yet welcoming, with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The rooftop is an absolute highlight, offering stunning views and a cool atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to unwind.

My room was equally impressive. It had all the right touches, from sleek, modern decor to thoughtful amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Overall, Andaz Vienna offers a top-tier experience, with fantastic service, beautiful spaces, and a really laid-back yet sophisticated ambiance. I can't wait to return!

This hotel is stunning! It is a very short walk from the train station.

Front desk staff was polite and spoke English. They remembered that we were celebrating a special occasion upon check in and a treat was left in our room.

The room was incredibly spacious and large for European standards. It was cleaned The bathroom was gorgeous. Floor to ceiling windows gave a view of the train station but you could close the privacy shades with a click of a button. The room was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning.

We enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Room service was quick and the food was delicious.

We will definitely stay here again when we return to Vienna!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at this 5-star hotel in Vienna!  2 rooms connected. The facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. I also loved the gym and sauna – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Although it’s a bit further from the historic old town, the location is still excellent. It’s very close to the train station, making it convenient to get around, and just a short walk from the stunning Belvedere Palace.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and great amenities in Vienna!

Despite some check-in issues and unexpected room charges during my stay, I truly enjoyed my time at Andaz Vienna. The hotel is stunning and conveniently located near the city center. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. The food at the restaurant downstairs is delicious, and the staff is friendly and professional overall. I look forward to staying at Andaz hotels again in the future.
