Really lovely suite. Quite roomy and clean too.
It offers one master bedroom, a living room space and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of storage. Temperature is adequate, not too cold or hot. We stayed 4 nights in this suite and they have everyday housekeeping which was nice. Location is okay, near Renweg station and right next to Belvedere palace. We visited there twice. The lobby staff recommended us a good schnitzel restaurant, which turned out to be good indeed.(Sambrau) I think if you ask the lobby, they can give out coupons for that restaurant. I am not sure on that though. Anyway this hotel was a good home for 4 nights in Vienna.

Very spacious rooms. Friendly and fast check-in with free Glühwein at the reception. Wide variety for breakfast which was highly appreciated. Missing a star because some details in the rooms must be reviewed (painting, cleaning staff that insist when you kindly ask to come back later).

The hotel is really really good. The rooms are spacious, the personnel is friendly. The services included in the hotel are very good: gym, sauna… The location is excellent and on top of everything: PRICE is very reasonable!

The hotel had a beautiful lobby. Checkin was easy with the front desk clerk. Our first room was extremely warm when we arrived - 25°C. I adjusted the thermostat to 21.5° then left for 5 hours. We returned to a warmer room. We contacted the front desk. They said it takes a while for the room to cool down. I reminded staff it was 5 hours. She said we would need to change rooms and come to the desk to get new keys. Poor service after a major inconvenience. Staff called back 10 minutes later and said a colleague was coming up to deliver the keys. Our next room was slightly upgraded with a patio door to the exterior. That room was also 25.5°. The thermostat bottomed out at 22.0°. We ended up having to open the patio door and let -2° in to cool off the room. The room only made it to 23.5° with the door shut. The rooms are tired. They were probably beautiful at the start but the wallpaper is now pealing at the seams. The tub drain stopper was broken and fell apart. We had to remove it. We could feel the springs in the beds. The couch was so warn it had balled up fabric. The deferred maintenance and upkeep is a major reason to not stay here for the price.

The room was very comfortable and the beddings were perfectly great.  It was very warm and clean.  Very nicely prepared for us.  Really enjoyed the breakfast and the pleasant staffs made the stay at this hotel very nice.  The warm water at the shower and bath tub were very stable with the set temp.  If I come back to Vienna again, I will definitely come back to stay here again.
