Dropped by for a beer one evening. Beautifully modern but charming Austrian hotel. Well stocked bar, natural products locally sourced, all wood and wool, rocking clocks and luxury!

We landed on Hotel Austria after I spent too many hours researching kid-friendly hotels in the Austrian Alps. We loved that they had apartments with access to the hotel's immaculate spa and friendly kid's club. The rooms and grounds were well laid out and carefully maintained. The pool was fantastic, and since this is the only family-friendly hotel in Lech, we encountered lots of families (mostly from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria). You can tell they put a lot of love into running their hotel, and the staff and services are top notch.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all the rooms are beautiful and clean. The furniture is fresh and in perfect condition. The staff is super friendly and always helpful, very easy to communicate since most of them are fluent in English, and some of them could even speak in other languages apart from German. The food is delicious, each dinner was like a blessing after a long day of skiing. There is also a huge spa and pool (both for kids and adults). Although the walk to the centre takes some time it’s so worth it. I also NEED to mention that the beds are like an entry to a whole new universe, because each time you lay down on it you fall asleep into the deepest slumber imaginable. In summary i loved this hotel so much i would return hundred times more.

This is an impeccable hotel. All staff perform to the highest level.   The Children's club is run by education professionals, who are very proactive and great at stimulating the children's creative & play instincts. Sledges & snow prams are free to use. The sauna and pool and great quality. We travelled with a one year old & three year old.

Super friendly, delicious breakfast with wonderful service.  The hotel is modern but keeping the Tyrollean charm.  Easy distance to the main slopes… we will be back!
