The hotel is wonderful, and the attitude of the staff and the owner - extremely kind and entirely in the name of the client. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Their size is satisfactory. The bed was comfortable, although for the two of us with my daughter it was a little small and this created a slight inconvenience. The food is gourmet and of a very high level, which I appreciate, being a person with extremely high demands on the quality of food. The only drawback for me was the lack of a salad bar every evening, because I like to consume a larger amount of salad. But the kitchen offered salad almost every day as a first course, although in a modest amount. I would come back again!

The team and the Manager Isabell especially are outstanding, always present from early morning to late evening paying attention to all details for the guest and all that with warm and wonderful attitude.

A great Hotel , although noise from an adjoining room (given a large family group were often in loud  multiple conversations) was not great but manageable .
We believe bar prices are very high, which is a shame, as few people stay in the bar and it therefore lacks atmosphere although a very pleasant area of the Hotel.
This is a great Hotel well located and staff are excellent and such a lovely place to stay, we will come again

Cozy family hotel at one of the best locations in The Valley . Pretty convenient location for skiing. Service is very good as is the food Quality. Nice Spa facilities. This is my fourth  stay at the hotel and will repeat for sure.

Albona Nova is a wonderful family run hotel where nothing is too much trouble.  Isabell, the owner is warm and welcoming, as are the rest of her staff, which creates a lovely relaxed, but nurturing environment for guests. The rooms are excellent and the bar area - with fabulous bartender, Nadine (nothing she doesn't know about gin!) is a great place to sit and an enjoy a drink at the end of the skiing day.  Next to the bar is a very nice spacious sittingroom with plenty of space for guests to have their own little seating area with comfy sofas and chairs and a lovely log fire. It was well used everyday by all the guests and was a very welcoming and comfortable area.  The food is exceptional with a five or six course dinner every night and the breakfast is a very extensive buffet style with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. All the dining room staff are wonderful, but particular mention should go to Jackie, Dani and Udo who looked after us so well.  The hotel is extremely well positioned  right next to a ski lift or you can take the ski bus from very near the hotel to either Lech or the Trittkofbahn lift station (or a 5 minute walk and gives access to At Anton ). I would highly recommend this hotel  - I can't fault a single thing - everything was fabulous.  Thank you so much!
