From the moment we arrived, Hanni and Rebecca at the front desk welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care, setting the tone for the entire visit. We stayed here for over a week with our family of four and it was such a pleasant experience. There is lots to do in the area if you're into hiking, skiing, and eating great food. Our junior suite was spacious and had soft beds. The room was always impeccably cleaned and the balcony was lovely to sit on during a sunny day. The team here seems really close and that makes the experience even nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed the diverse breakfast buffet and the dinner each night, which made me try new things and flavours. Although the pool is small, it serves its purpose for the audience of the hotel since the spa is the real showstopper. I certainly would recommend the steam room! Everyday at four o'clock they serve cake and you can always order something in the bar. Bartender Oliver makes a great iced coffee! Overall, this was one of the best hotels I stayed at. This was already are third time here, and I think we will visit again for plenty of times after!

We're regularly in Lech, and so the Haldenhof, for winter skiing, so it was good to visit in the summer.
The hotel didn't disappoint. Our room was immaculate, as ever, with a balcony open to amazing views of the Ormshorn and valley to Zug.
Perhaps, best of all, was the small and beautiful garden. Normally snow covered in winter it was a picture of flowers, both planted and in pots, and had so many places to sit for drinks, both sunny and shaded. On warm nights dinner could be served outside for a few tables.
The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. We'd asked for concert tickets to the Lech Classical music festival and these were secured for each of our requested concerts in excellent locations.
Food is always a star here: and Chef Tobi did not disappoint. The lamb stands out as an amazing dish, but nothing wasn't beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Service is really professional and friendly. With so much Austrian wine available, it would be rude not to indulge!

I experienced true hospitality and terrific service during my short stay. I stay in a ton of chain hotels for business, and I prefer to be in and out of them as quickly as possible.
Although I came to ski, the part of my vacation I enjoyed the most was the service by the excellent staff.
