The website says it will take 3 hours to complete the experience, however, it took almost 4 hours to finish the course.
My date and I was yawning and sleepy by the end.
It took too long between the courses.

Bread was nice. Room temperature instead of hot bread, with one kind of cream and one kind of olive oil sided.

The main course was pigeon, not used to the meat texture and taste. A bit gamey for me.

The 2 desserts were very nice, I love them.

Had a nice but a bit sleepy at the end experience.

By the way, as a watch lover, the AP clock was a fun touch for the restaurant.

Went as a party of 2 during lunch. Even on a cloudy day the view was spectacular. The attention to detail for service was good, and the food presentation was on point. Definitely prepare to spend at least 3-4 hours dining here if you are doing the full tasting course and expect a few different rounds of desserts.
