I normally wouldn't review a fast food joint because McDonald's is McDonald's. The food is the same and the service is you get what you get. But just did want to call out that I stopped by around 10 AM on Saturday, and realized they serve lunch all day! None of the breakfast items appealed to me. We have the same items at home (United States) and the one item I would want to try (burger on an English muffin), I had already just tried a Paris a few days prior and didn't care for. But I saw some lunch items I would try that were available at that hour, like the Samourai chicken and Samourai cheese, which is what we ordered. Both were good, with a slight Belgian twist. But I am biased towards McDonald's. Even bad McDonald's is still better than no McDonald's at all. Just the menu availability alone deserves four stars!

Fast friendly service, able to order via kiosk, plenty of seating. We don't hit McDonough often while traveling but occasionally just need an easy bite or a Diet Coke to get through the day. This one is always open and easy to use. It can get busy but they seem to have a fully staffed kitchen so orders didn't take very long.

Great location, right off of Bourse tram, with bathroom just left of the cashier, you do need to pay 0.30 euros though... but it's clean and has plenty of toilet paper. You can order through the automatic huge iPads they have by the front entrance. If you're lost, hungry or need the bathroom come here, so easy to get on the wifi, totally free. If you're from out of town, recommend trying to menu items not available In your country!

Don't come here if you want breakfast at any hour of the day! Open 24 hours and the menu shows some breakfast items available 24 hours but yet the lady told me they wouldn't have any breakfast items at all until 4am! Hungry and irritated

It's hot as hades inside, and the prices don't make a bit of sense. For example, a cheeseburger is 1€. A double *hamburger* is 2€. So how much would you expect a double cheeseburger to be? It's $1 in the states, and usually £1-2 in the UK. Nah. Here it's 3.60€, just for shits and giggles. It's my own fault for ordering it without asking the cost (it's not printed on the big displays) but I of course assumed it would scale up reasonably from the cheeseburger and double hamburger prices. Silly me. Stupid cheese.

The food was ok, but they got 3/4 of our orders wrong. Overall the staff were awful, rude and unhelpful. I had to pay 30 cent to get into the toilet in order to puke my guts up as i was sick, and never got my change after the second time. It was very clear that i was about to get sick, and i wasn't allowed to get through by the lady holding her hand out for the money. As we were leaving my friend went up to the counter to ask for a paper bag in case i got sick on the way to the train station. Despite being able to see them, she was told very coldly no, which says a lot about their staff and how they regard customers. McDonalds, a kids restaurant. Never will i ever go back again if in Brussels even if i'm starving.

This place was a disgrace. We got pushed around by staff. My friend was unwell & had to keep going to the toilet to throw up (not due to restaurant) but every time she was made pay at the toilet door. When we were leaving I asked could we get a takeaway bag for her as we had to get a train & were concerned she'd get sick on it & again we got pushed around & told that "they don't do them here" even though beside him was a tower of them.
