The service is pretty fast. The food is mid. This was the first waffle I had while in Belgium and it was just OK. It wasn't as fluffy inside as I thought it would be, but it was good. It just wasn't as soft and fluffy as I thought. Takes a couple minutes to make the waffle, but generally pretty fast. There's indoor seating downstairs and upstairs you could also take it to go if you don't wanna dine in. Easy to order and they also have kiosk so you don't need to order at a register.

Casual spot for a waffle in Brussels. The service is super quick and for 5.9 euros I got a Belgian waffle with Nutella and whipped cream. They have liege waffles as well with plenty of topping options to choose from. The waffle itself wasn't my favorite. There wasn't anything that stood out to me. I tried a liege waffle elsewhere and preferred that over the Belgian one. There is plenty of seating available here.

Good casual spot if you are looking to quickly grab some affordable yet tasty Belgian waffles in the centre of Brussels. Turns out they have both savory/lunch waffles as well as sweet dessert waffles. I got a full meal combo consisting of one of each. Crocwaf- This lunch waffle ("lunchwaf") had ham and cheese inside so tasted more like a sandwich. At first, I was a bit hesitant to try a savory waffle, but it ended up being tasty and great as an actual meal. Liege Banana Split- Unsurprisingly, this liege waffle topped with chocolate sauce, banana slices, and whipped cream was delicious and a great pairing with the crocwaf. It was €17.50 for these two waffles plus a drink, which is a decent deal for the combo. The place has a casual vibe with a decent amount of seating. You order on the screens by the entrance and take a buzzer which alerts you when you should go and pick up your order. The service speed is pretty quick. The restaurant is located very close to Mannekin-Pis and Grand Place, so a super convenient location. Overall, I wouldn't say Waffle Factory was a 5 star experience but it was certainly a solid 4 star experience, especially considering the location and value.

Who goes to Brussels without getting waffles? There are tons of waffle options in the city and this is more of a chain/fast food waffle restaurant but the waffle was amazing. You can customize your waffles to be savory or sweet. I certainly went heavy on the sweet! A must try if you are in Belgium

Nice place to try famous Belgian waffles. We stopped by Waffle Factory in August 2023 during our day trip to Brussels. The place is tourists-oriented, fast-food style, but we found it good for Belgian waffle experience. Though more upscale and fancy places may have better waffles we only tried them in Waffle Factory and liked it. The waffles were fresh and tasty with a good selection of toppings. We left completely satisfied and put a bold checkmark against "Try Belgian waffles" item on our "Things to do in Belgium" list :) We recommend this place if you are looking to try Belgian waffles in the center of Brussels.

This is a pretty solid 4 rating! The waffle itself was so really crispy and good! However it was a little cold and clearly wasn't freshly made. However the toppings that we got made it so flavorful and amazing. I recommend getting Belgium dark chocolate and hazelnut cream with strawberries or banana on top for the extra toppings. The only thing I would say that's bad is the employee(there was only one), was not very enthusiastic and just looked like they wanted to go home. Otherwise I would recommend!

Should have gone with my gut and gotten waffles from somewhere else. The place was busy and service was slow. Staff wasnt overly friendly either. You order at a kiosk and wait for your food. We ordered two different waffles and both was mediocre. They seemed a little under cooked. I wish they were crispier but i think it was because they were so busy that they were trying to get them out as fast as possible.

Very fast service! I got two waffles and sweet one and savory. You order took a kiosk and pick up your food at the counter! Very yummy waffles! There are so many different kinds and I will definitely be coming back! Good upstairs seating for good people watching!
