Hej. Jag är en belgisk entreprenör och en vacker solig onsdag klev jag in i Cacao Trer butik Place street Job i Uccle för att njuta av en glass. Det fanns ett rimligt antal. Kunderna köar vid disken. Så efter att ha hört och sett allt detta i en timelapse på 15 minuter, insåg jag hur lätt du kan förstöra ett företag - även på en trevlig plats med bra produkter - om du ger sina nycklar till en inkompetent, slarvig, oförskämd (jag skämdes för hans team och kände för dem, två stackars flickor) ) , alkoholist eller drog - beroende? ) och kund - Ovänlig butikschef. Det förstärkte min medvetenhet om att som entreprenör, om du vill växa ditt företag, måste du omge dig med personal som kommer att utnyttja dina resultat och motivera sina team.
