A great location. 4 stops on the metro from the Eurostar terminal at Zuidstation (gare midi) to Port De Namur. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and is down an alley between Burger King and Zara. Around the corner from the hotel is the house where Audrey Hepburn was born. There are plenty of shops on the high street to buy snacks and a couple of very good restaurants and trendy bars 5 mins walk from the hotel. It was a really good base to travel around Brussels and Belgium.

In terms of the room - it is very basic and minimalist. Nothing to write home about but comfortable bed and quiet as long as you do not get the room next to the lift with the electrical buzzing at night! The room keys have to be handed in to the receptionist when you leave the hotel and picked up every night. It’s a bit strange in this day and age to have this set up but there’s always someone at the front desk 24 hours so can always retrieve your keys.

In the evening, the alleyway can look and feel a bit dodgy, but OK if you not planning to loiter around in the dark outside the hotel. 😆

Overall, it was a good stay but mostly for the location of the hotel.

We stayed 1 night in Jardin Secret. The beautiful secret garden with a heated pool is such a unique touch. We didn't use it but it is so beautiful! Rooms are clean, cozy, and well-designed, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect location, close to attractions and metro access.

Very central, between posh and cultural area of Brussels, close to shopping center, close to main tourist attractions. Rooms are decent, breakfast is enough. Even have a heated small pool!

We liked the stylish Rooms. Good bed! I loved the breakfast with fresh products and good service! What a good start of the day! It was to cold to try the little pool but it looked nice. Friendly hotel staff! Location was good, from here we explored the city by bike.

Lovely hotel, a great find. Booked last minute as got into Brussels late and had to stay over. Staff were lovely, room was immaculate and stylish, and breakfast was really good quality. To top it all, I had my bike with me and the staff kindly let me put it in the secure garage. Would definitely return.
