This is my favorite restaurant in Brussels. Great food (I love that the plates are meant for sharing - we usually order the entire menu for a group of four!), excellent service (the staff is so nice and friendly!), and I like the open kitchen vibe. They re-did the entire menu in March 2024 - and it’s still great! (See photos of new menu). Let the sommelier pick your wine based on your taste - they never go wrong!

Flame is a lovely restaurant with a unique concept and an open kitchen. It can get a little hot and smoky when the kitchen is busy, which is a little uncomfortable.

The food is great, lots of delicious sharing plates - some more exciting then others, and some prices were strangely high for what was served. But nevertheless delicious.

The cocktails were inconsistent, I had 3 Negronis each of which tasted quite different. So stick to the wine.

The service was friendly, and attentive no faults there.

Super good food,we enjoyed all our plates! Maybe a bit more details on the wine explanations and waiting for all plates to be finished before taking them away would be nice. Also I thought the double shift ended at 9:30 but they pushed us out at 9…worth checking in advance.

A gem of a restaurant in St Gilles. Excellent service, visually beautiful and tasty dishes, nice decor and good acoustics. Limited menu but each dish to perfection, wine a little pricey.

Super happy to have tried this place ! When first walking in, the service was very friendly and hospitable. We had several dishes to share and it was really delicious. The appetisers were good nothing above normal, however the main dishes and the meat was delicous. The sausage, the veal, and the porc was fantastic !! The meat was tender and juicy. The mussels were nice and presented differently. I would highly recommend this place !! :)
