Great location for walking around the city.  Breakfast was outstanding.  Bar was a nice place to hang out for drinks, quick bite, or dinner, with friendly staff(shout out to Colleen).

Cons:  As it is in the city center, parking is paid public but discounted if using hotel voucher.  Very limited loading/unloading spaces.  Traffic is heavy and driving can be challenging.

I stayed here for three days on a summer trip in 2024. The staff was great. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are comfortable and it’s a 10 minute walk from the train station I just walked to the hotel. It didn’t take very long. I would recommend staying here. and there’s a lot of nice sites to see close by in walking distance.

A short brisk walk to Noord station. Room was spacious and bed was mega comfortable, my only gripe being the heater works too slow to warm the room in my late winter visit.  Housekeeping also wasn't too detailed.  Unfortunately, those expecting the traditional Brussels of old  aren't gonna get that vibe in this area.

The front desk service is exceptional. I enjoyed my stay there and they taken care of everything we needed The clerks were courteous. And they helped us beyond expectations. One of the best hotels I've been to.
The cons are that there is no milk in the room and we had to take milk from the restaurant.

Had a great experience as a Diamond member here. Was upgraded to a desired room overlooking the square. It was a very warm and nice room. Breakfast had some good selection of hot meals and salads. Anna at reception who spoke Russian was very friendly and a caring person. Hotel is very well located to the North Station.
Will definitely return.
