Absoluut verschrikkelijke dienstverlening.
Men staat erop dat bij levering cash betaald wordt, maar heeft geen factuur mee. Ik ben intussen 2 weken aan het proberen mijn factuur te bemachtigen. Blijkbaar is dit bedrijf even groot als Google zelf, want de toestanden aan de telefoon zijn vergelijkbaar met de Mobistar-sketch uit Basta!
Na drie keer doorverbonden te zijn met hersteldiensten e.d. blijkt de persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor facturatie uiteraard niet te werken vandaag, maar men ging het "zeker doorgeven", dus ik zal volgende week wss nog eens mogen bellen.

Absolutely terrible service.
They insist that payment is made in cash upon delivery, but no invoice is provided. I have been trying to get my invoice for 2 weeks now. Apparently this company is as big as Google itself, because the situations on the phone are comparable to the Mobistar sketch from Basta!
After being transferred three times to repair services, etc., it turns out that the person responsible for invoicing is obviously not working today, but they were "definitely going to pass it on", so I will probably be able to call again next week.
