This place was nice for us. We felt like it was in the middle of the town or close to it. We had access to many things within 15 min of walking. The city view from our room was great. We would stay here again. The coffee shop on the bottom is very busy and has ppl staring in the way basically everywhere you turn. Not a big deal just be ready to navigate through the lines to get up to your room.

The hotel is in a super-central position and at the same time I had a very quiet room. The staff was very friendly. Highly appreciated the possibility to have sweet and salted breakfast in the cafeteria inside the reception.

After being a regular guest for years at this Hotel we booked rooms in September for February and had to find out the day before our arrival, that the Hotel had a "mix up" and lost our bookings. And that at a time where Brussels is fully booked. Unbelievable.

This hotel ruined my experience in Brussels. I checked-in here for a night and the room’s air conditioning unit was not working. It was extremely hot. I spoke to front desk Virginia and she promised me that a manager would reach out to me and no one did. Few weeks later, I received a phone call from the manager ONLY because I gave a bad review on Expedia. I was promised that I will receive a refund for the inconvenience and I never did get the refund. I tried to reach out to the hotel and they did not respond to me. If you want to enjoy your vacation, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

Location was incredibly perfect, 2-3 min walking from grand place and central station. The room was clean and small but it is okay for solo travelers. All receptionist were very attentive. If I come to Brussels again, I plan to stay at this hotel. Thanks to everyone working at Aris Grand Place Hotel.
