Good location - walking distance from Brussels Midi/South station and from the city centre. Rooms mostly face into the lobby rather than outside, and were a bit dated. We had to change rooms as there was a heating issue with our first room which made it unbearably hot. Service was acceptable but could have been friendlier.

Good Hotel. For me more of a 3* standard and not really 4*.  Very central location; 2min by foot to all the restaurant and shops of the city center! Breakfast is diverse and good quality, nothing special but for 13.5€ you wil not find anything better in the surrounding. Rooms are small but mostly clean, quiet and cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful, but there english could be better.
Price value ratio was good for me - would go again!

Friendly staff / clean / good view from premium room / perfect size for me / bathtub / a couple faults in the room / Great location / breakfast had a good variety

Staff and hotel
The staff were very friendly upon our arrival until the end of our stay (especially the woman you see in the left of the picture, very sweet and funny. We felt comfortable leaving our bags in the storage room as we explored the city (as we arrived early for check in). They booked a taxi for our return to the airport and even this person that drove us was very nice.

Premium vs Superior
I had the premium double room on the higher floors for around 115euros and my friends had the superior rooms. The main difference is that the superior is bigger in size and has a sofa (around 125euros). If you don't need this, I ended up with a room with a better view onto the main street, perfect for people watching with two balcony windows (you can't walk out on it but you get a nice view leaning out and plenty of sunlight coming in in the morning). My friends did not get a nice view.

My room
The bedroom was a perfect size for me and looked nice in my opinion, including a bathtub and essential toiletries. It was a little hot during the night but I opened the balcony doors and enjoyed the fresh air. I could see the top of one of the chapels above the rooftops (see photos). However I did hear a lot of sirens from the police on the Saturday evening because something happened on the corner.

The bed was a little hard for me but I do not weigh so much. Buy your own snacks for the room as these are a little overpriced. A couple things were broken like the hairdryer (but I could go to my friend's room to dry it there, toilet paper holder falling out the wall and the paper itself was a little rough.

All in all a pleasant stay and to top it off you are just a walking distance to many key spots in the centre!

I booked this hotel last minute as I had an issue with my AirBnB. The staff were excellent, the room clean and spacious and the breakfast was great too. Best thing of all was the location, super central. Such an easy effortless stay.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean. The staff were v friendly and helpful. The location was great and the price was fair. Don't buy breakfast though. There are lots of local places which are better fort less money.
