Wonderful location, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Carlos at the reception desk made the check in experience 10/10 — so helpful, kind, and went out of his way to accommodate us checking in early. This is an amazing value for your money!

My go-to hotel in Brussels. Nice and clean rooms, well decorated and with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is amazing! Location is very convenient for both central visits and also close to EU buildings.

Hotel NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon is a solid 4-star stay with some great features but a few small drawbacks.

We had a **junior suite with a view**, and the room itself was beautiful. The highlight was definitely the **amazing view of the church** and even some of the city's landmarks like the big wheel. It was a pleasure waking up to that sight every morning. The room was **huge**, with plenty of space to relax.

The **staff were friendly and helpful**, but we noticed that some guests were offered things like luggage assistance and water, while we were not. Maybe we didn’t look posh enough, but it did feel a bit inconsistent in terms of service.

There were a few **minor issues in the room**—some furniture had small holes, cabinets were chipped, and a fresh coat of paint wouldn’t hurt. It didn’t ruin the experience, but for a hotel of this standard, attention to detail would go a long way.

The **bed was enormous**, which was great, but movement from the other person was very noticeable. If you’re a light sleeper, that could be something to consider.

The **mini bar situation was confusing**. There were no prices listed in the room, and the hotel website mentioned different options. When we called reception, they explained that we’d be charged if we used anything, so we decided to avoid it. It would have been nice to have a small complimentary treat, but the uncertainty made us hesitant. **If you skip room cleaning, they offer two mini bar items as a reward, but honestly, a fresh bed might be worth more.**

The **bathroom setup was impressive**—there were two bathrooms, one with just a toilet, and the main one had a **shower, bidet, and a bath with jets (possibly a whirlpool, but it looked like a normal bath).**

Overall, **it was a very enjoyable stay, but not quite 5 stars** due to the minor wear and tear in the room, the inconsistent service, and the mini bar confusion. Still, **a great option in Brussels with a fantastic location and spacious rooms.**

Comfortable stay, rooms are functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a full spread with choice of eggs being offered. The parking is a bit tricky but the hotel staff are available to help, so if you are taking a car then you can stop at the front of the hotel and they will help you parking. The dinner at the restaurant also was excellent, loved the lamb leg.

Excellent hotel. The room is big and clean. The bathroom is wonderful, and the shower is very nice. It was quiet, and I had excellent sleep. You can make tea and coffee in the room. The staff at the reception were also very friendly, professional and accommodating. 5 stars.
