Beware of false charges.

We had a stay at this hotel a few days ago.
They charged us for things we did not take.

They charged us for breakfast but that was included in our booking.com reservation so they reversed this charge during checkout (didn't they know we would notice it???)

They charged us for 2 bottles of champagne (the day that we had a couple of beers, me and my wife)
During checkout we notised it and the receptionist removed this charge, only to be charged AGAIN next day AFTER we were already back home!!!

Legal action has been taken, and a dispute with our bank has been opened.

We wanted to have a relaxed time during our free weekend, but they turned it into a stressfull experience. Shame on them! Trully a scam. That is our point of view.

By the way, no window can be opened for fresh air in the rooms, keep that in mind, not even partially open.

There are no words to express our sincere gratitude to the staff at Hotel Juliana! My husband unfortunately got food poisoning (not from Hotel Juliana) and was horribly sick. It is very intimidating being so far from home (the states), not speaking Dutch and not knowing what to do. The kind receptionist helped us locate a concierge doctor that was able to come to the hotel to give my husband some injections to help with the symptoms and prescribe him some medicine to get him well enough to travel back home. We had to stay another night and the next day Nelson, the kindest person, helped us locate our prescriptions, went to pick them up, got him chicken noodle soup, and provided so much help. Thank you Nelson!!!! And to everyone else that helped so much. We are so grateful and when we come back to Brussels we will definitely stay again. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable along with the amazing bar and restaurant in the lobby. Everyone was so accommodating and comforting! Thank you again!!!

Lovely hotel. Service was great during checkin and out.
Location in the city was spot on...my only complaint is the construction immediately outside the hotel. Also a nightmare for taxis to access.
Something also needs to be done to the indoor footpath to the right of the hotel (access to Primark), as it was being used for those seeking shelter away from the cold weather, plus multiple drug users and unfortunately a urinal. We decided after the first night not to use this route back to the hotel late at night, as three women, we didn't feel safe.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. The amenities are top notch. I can’t stress enough the quality of the hospitality, thank you for an amazing experience.

Nice hotel, great rooms. Check in experience was awful. The person I was dealing with simply did not know English causing a variety of issues that impacted the entire stay. Check out my experience was poor as well.

Rooms were nice, mini bar not stocked for our convenience meant dealing with their staff again to get a drink.. bar was unmanned our two nights for some reason.
