Un endroit magnifique, surtout la verrière où nous avons commencé par prendre un café dans un cadre magnifique. Le restaurant, avec son architecture un peu plus moderne, est très chaleureux et accueillant. Les serveurs sont souriants et très agréables, ce qui ajoute un plus à l'expérience.

Concernant la cuisine, dommage qu'il n'y ait plus eu de sol lors de ma visite, mais cela n'a pas empêché de profiter d'excellents conseils. Les plats étaient vraiment bien travaillés et savoureux. Une adresse à retenir !

A magnificent place, especially the glass roof where we started by having a coffee in a magnificent setting. The restaurant, with its slightly more modern architecture, is very warm and welcoming. The servers are smiling and very pleasant, which adds a plus to the experience.

Concerning the kitchen, it's a shame that there was no more flooring during my visit, but that didn't prevent us from benefiting from excellent advice. The dishes were really well prepared and tasty. An address to remember!

Le Petit Bonbon,  brasserie presque parfaite ! Ambiance chaleureuse, service impeccable et une carte qui revisite les classiques avec beaucoup de goût. Produits frais, plats généreux et toujours bien exécutés. Une vraie top brasserie où on a envie de revenir.

On a adoré.
Brasserie avec beaucoup de raffinements.
Nous avons pris 3 entrées à partager : les hoysters au gratin expo 58 (un régal), l’oeuf façon meurette, et les raviolis …
En plat: le vol au vent à la royale et le canard à l’orange avec des frites et une salade… miam!
En dessert: « ceci n’est pas une gaufre » et la brioche.
C’était délicieux et le service était au top! Tous les serveurs étaient très gentils et efficaces!
L’endroit est extrêmement convivial et cosy. L’entrée par le palace est un plus! Cette verrière qui surplombe l’accueil du palace est grandiose!
Petit contact avec le chef avant de partir… merci de partager ce qu’on appelle la passion de la cuisine!
Service de voiturier permet d’arriver sans aucun stress.

We took 3 starters to share: the hoysters with expo 58 gratin (a treat), the meurette-style egg, and the ravioli…
For main course: royal vol au vent and orange duck with fries and salad… yum!
For dessert: “this is not a waffle” and brioche.
It was delicious and the service was top notch! All the servers were very nice and efficient!
The place is extremely friendly and cozy. Entrance through the palace is a plus! This glass roof overlooking the palace reception is grandiose!
A little contact with the chef before leaving… thank you for sharing what we call a passion for cooking!
Valet service allows you to arrive without any stress.

Diner très agréable !! Atmosphère chaleureuse et classe. Nourriture « simple », délicieuse, savoureuse.
Mention pour le personnel et le maître d’hôtel très accueillant et aimable. Les chefs étaient présents en cuisine, c’était très chouette de pouvoir les voir en action.
Nous reviendrons c’est certain 👍🏼😋

Very pleasant dinner!! Warm and classy atmosphere. “Simple”, delicious, tasty food.
Mention for the staff and the very welcoming and friendly butler. The chefs were present in the kitchen, it was very nice to be able to see them in action.

Nous avons passé une agréable soirée dans cette brasserie qui ambitionne un niveau de haut standing. Les plats étaient très bons, avec une mention spéciale pour l’entrée ‘anguille et petit vert’, une véritable réussite tant par son équilibre que par son originalité. Le canard à l’orange était, quant à lui, parfaitement cuit et tendre, même s’il restait plus classique. Si les saveurs sont bien au rendez-vous, les plats principaux et les desserts manquent un peu de la touche de revisite annoncée sur le site internet.

Pour moi, le plus gros bémol reste le service : long, avec un personnel qui semblait mal formé à la carte et aux allergènes, entraînant de nombreux allers-retours et parfois même une disparition momentanée du dit serveur. Inquiétant de ne pas connaître les allergènes et de servir certains plats sans y faire attention, surtout quand cela est notifié dans la réservation. Et c’est d’autant plus dommage pour un établissement de ce standing, même si cela devrait s’améliorer avec le temps.

Côté cadre, en revanche, c’est une vraie réussite : l’ambiance feutrée et élégante donne l’impression de dîner dans un appartement privé au sein de l’hôtel, ce qui rend l’expérience unique.

Une belle adresse qui mérite une visite et qui, après quelques ajustements, pourrait réellement atteindre l’excellence. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

We spent a pleasant evening in this brasserie which aims for a high standard. The dishes were very good, with a special mention for the starter ‘eel and little green’, a real success both in terms of its balance and its originality. The duck with orange sauce was perfectly cooked and tender, even if it remained more classic. If the flavors are there, the main dishes and desserts lack a little of the revisited touch announced on the website.

For me, the biggest downside remains the service: long, with staff who seemed poorly trained in the menu and allergens, leading to numerous back and forths and sometimes even a momentary disappearance of said server. Worrying about not knowing the allergens and serving certain dishes without paying attention, especially when this is notified in the reservation. And it’s all the more unfortunate for an establishment of this standing, even if it should improve over time.

In terms of setting, however, it is a real success: the cozy and elegant atmosphere gives the impression of dining in a private apartment within the hotel, which makes the experience unique.

A beautiful address which deserves a visit and which, after a few adjustments, could really achieve excellence. We will surely come back.
