In addition to the waffle, I ordered one ice-cream, intending to cool down in the summer heat. When I took a bite of the waffle with the ice cream, it completely blew me away. The rich buttery flavor of the waffle paired perfectly with the sweetness of the ice cream, while the crispy edges added a delightful texture. It was so incredibly good that I immediately ordered another—same Brussels Waffle, topped with the classic vanilla ice cream.

This is one of the most famous waffle shop in Brussels. We went 9:30 which the shop open. But when we leave, it was full and many people were waiting outside.
There was only Liege waffle, but it was soooooo nice! I wanted to have one more:)

The coffee was actually pretty good too! But, to be honest, the waffles were just kind of ‘okay’ – nothing really special. Maybe I had my expectations set a little too high because I’ve had some unforgettable waffles on a trip to Antwerp a couple of years ago, and those really stuck with me.

So, in comparison, these didn’t quite live up to what I was hoping for. Overall, it’s a nice spot to chill with good coffee, but the waffles weren’t as unique as I expected.

It’s best to visit around 11 AM to avoid long queues. Even though there was a line when we arrived, we got seated quickly. Prices start at €6.50 for a plain waffle and €10-12 for waffles with toppings. Takeaway might be slightly cheaper.
