This is a fabulous hotel in a great location. We came to Brussels for the Christmas Markets and this location was a very short walk to all of them. The rooms were clean and quiet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone reading this.

We had a minor issue with our booking and check-in. The hotel manager was very kind and understanding and got the issues resolved immediately once notified. Very professional team and we will return.

This hotel is so well located, everywhere in easy walking distance and station for the underground train is a couple of minutes walk away. Reception staff are very kind and helpful, room super large and clean although a little tired in some of the paintwork. We were on the 2nd floor and did hear some noise from the street, but nothing major. Small well equipped gym, pool also small and not deep but v clean. Towels provided in gym area by changing rooms. Can't comment on breakfast as we got our own. All in all super hotel, lovely staff, great location, great price, would 100% return!

Location is great, walking distance to numerous good restaurants, as well as shopping stores.
