If you care for the location, this hotel is perfect. Accessible to train station, stores and restaurants.. But the room is giving a motel vibe. Dirty bathroom, bed and pillows aren’t comfortable .  The room gets really warm in the middle of the night. The staff is just there to work.  When I asked for extra hand towel and Kleenex box, I had to call a few times.

Great location but extremely disappointing rooms. The pillow covers were dirty, walls were dirty and the smoke alarms were taped! We paid over £200 for one night (2 adults and one child) and there was only one water bottle in the minibar and absolutely nothing else.
Also, they claim to use Rituals products but they have clearly filled the empty bottles with very cheap products.

From our arrival right through to our departure everything was perfect. The Hotel Staff were very friendly efficient and helpful. The Hotel is ideally situated very near to the Grand Place and there is an underground parking a stone’s throw away. Very lively quarter with plenty of places to explore. Would certainly return to this Hotel if ever back in Brussels

Location was amazing with restaurants, attractions and shops all within a kilometre. We felt safe around the hotel. Liked the layout of the 2 rooms our family had. Arriving came from the Eurostar and leaving via the airport.

This hotel is in the best location if you want to be close to everything. Train station nearby. All the major sites close too. The staff were all nice and helpful, from the bar to reception to the breakfast area. The room was good. Quiet like I wanted. I choose this hotel for the location but also because I could prebook late check out. Though, there is a few things that they could do better. I had a superior room, in general you get a few extra things. I was a bit disappointed that they used paper cup in the bathroom or for tea and coffee. I had late check out, still my card was “disconnected “ after 11am, and still the cleaning lady came into the room while I was still in there. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it is. It’s little things but could be improved greatly, which could make this place next level.
