We recently celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at The 8 Rooftop, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 26-30 people, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They catered to all our requests, making the entire experience effortless.

Luckily, the conference room was free on the previous day, so I was able to drop off the decorations in advance, and the team took care of everything—including setting up the balloons and props beautifully. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the overall vibe was just perfect—stunning views, great ambiance, and excellent service. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure everyone had an amazing time.

If you’re looking for a venue that truly delivers on hospitality, The 8 Rooftop is the place to be! Thank you to the whole team for making this celebration so special—we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed in hotel and decided to visit bar and glad we did. There was a party on but that didn't impact our visit.  Music at a nice level so still able to talk. Cocktails were delicious and bartender made one for me that wasn't on the menu. If I visit again I. Ll definitely go back there.

Wow there are really few places who can get all 5 stars from me but this place is really worth it. The hamburgers were so big and delicious i didnt wanna waste any of it. I dont know what they had in the salad dressing but it made me ate two of them even though I was full to the brim. It was that good fr 😭😭 Also the service was impeccable! It was my birthday and they were all so kind and professionals at what they were doing ( and may i say goodlooking).
Let’s talk about cocktails since this place knows how to be creative with the alcohol 🫡
Biscoff Martini is dreamy and if you want something sour and don’t know what to order like we did just ask anyone who’s working there, they have good taste and they will get you the right drinks. At the end of the day, it was a unforgettable birthday and I would like to thank them for being such amicable people and for the wonderful food and drinks they serve.🥹

This rooftop bar in Brussels is undeniably stunning, especially at night when the city lights create a magical atmosphere. The modern decor and location within a hotel make it a promising spot. We ordered two cocktails: an Old Fashioned with rum from their signature list, served under a glass dome with smoke, and a French 75 requested off-menu.

The Old Fashioned was good—a classic reinterpretation—but the smoke effect was more for show and didn’t add much to the flavor. The French 75, however, was disappointing. It didn’t taste like it contained champagne but rather prosecco. While the staff assured us otherwise, the quality didn’t match expectations. We asked for a plain Martini Cocktail as a replacement, but there was confusion with the order, and they initially suggested a Gibson Martini instead. Eventually, the Martini arrived, but it was underwhelming and lacked attention to detail.

We also tried a cheese platter, but it was quite standard and unremarkable. Overall, this place is more about the view than the quality of the drinks or food. The prices are fair, but there’s room for improvement in execution to match the venue’s potential.”
