Great location, very nice room the one we had anyway.
Front of house staff were friendly.
We didn't eat there so can't comment on food.
BUT! BUT!  They made us pay a "deposit" of 50 Euros on check-in, to cover what I don't know exactly.
We forgot to ask for it back on check-out.  Their website says the deposit will be paid back "WITHIN 7 DAYS".
It's been 2 weeks now & it's not been returned. We emailed them yesterday, now awaiting a reply & the 50 Euros.
We can see other reviews telling similar stories.  So this is obviously a normal thing for the Warwick Hotel Brussels to do.
To take guests money & hold on to it as long as possible.
I wonder how many guests never see the 50 Euros returned??

Super good location and good value for money. You are a few minutes from Grand Place and all the restaurants and bars. The hotel has an old and charming atmosphere both in the lobby and the rooms, with very good service and underground parking which is rare this central. They also have a rooftop that we never went to.

Rooms do the job but needs a little updating from 2000 style - think dark wood. Shower was decent although it struggled to drain quickly enough. Lastly the check in and out while quick we were asked to pay a deposit of 50euro which was fine, typically they don’t take the money. However when I returned home the money still not paid back despite reassurance from reception that the money will be available immediately. I would describe the staff and inept as they had no clue about gdpr and the lack of information regarding my deposit money. I was told it would be 20 working days, that’s outrageous

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. The room was super clean and large. Truly loved my stay and would recommend it to anyone. This hotel is a hop skip and jump away from the train station and a 2 min walks to the square. The hotel even has its own private rooftop with a beautiful view

The only advantage is the hotel location. You can find a motel that offers a better experience than this hotel. So disappointed of my 5 days staying in this. No towels change. No water refills. Very small rooms and bathroom.

Once you call the receptionist they will answer after a while and ask you to call the room service for a bottle of water! (It’s free everywhere I went in my life). However, the room services answer after like 2 minutes of calling and put me on waiting for another 2 minutes just to reply’s with: call the room services. I called the room services dial number to transfer me to the receptionist again who transferred me to another room services guy who just said: this is from house keeping not from us. The house keeping dial number is never answered. So I called the receptionist again and replied with: call the house keeping number to provide you a bottle under an 8 euros charge! And the house keeping dial number was never available. So I took myself to the grocery store and bought some!

Unfortunately, customer service was very poor and limited. Staff were extremely rude even in check in and they will charge you 50 euros for insurance or something but they will find a way to charge you something as well!

Finally, the housekeeper will be a pain in the neck! Never understood what they saying because they only speak French. So to ask them something was an obstacle to me. Every day i have to call them for something. ( towels - napkins - shampoo).
Everyday at 7 am they will start chatting and asking each other things and you will be woken up. I think the wake me up service is included with the package!
