Avoid!! Whilst this hotel likes to market itself very well it is incredibly disappointing. When you first walk in you seen the grand reception which is lovely and breakfast is €21 to add on so you’re thinking oh wow this must be a nice place. Wrong! We booked a “superior queen room” for which they advertise a beautiful bright room with a large bed. What we got put in was anything but! See photo. We were placed in a small double with zero natural lighting, the most depressing artificial lighting and stains all over the carpet and doors. Very loud traffic noises too. When I went downstairs I asked if this was correct as there is no queen size bed nor any toiletries/robes/slippers also on the description. They didn’t apologies for any mistake but did move us to the “nicer side of the hotel” - their words not mine. It was a smidge better (we got the bed size we paid for) but still no robes or slippers as advertised and so many stains/marked walls/ electric sockets with questionable safety and the air con wasn’t working at all so we were stuck in a cold room. Thankfully this was only for one night but I definitely wouldn’t recommend for the money you pay. It’s also a 20/30 minute walk from anything interesting in Brussels so it’s not as if you get a good location either.

I am fighting to find something good.
The room was extremely noisy both with the outside (poor window isolation) and the inside (communicating rooms). The dust made me cough.
the elevators were always occupied by cleaning staff and never stopped
The shower was from the last century, in a bathtub with two taps to mix hot and cold, with a temperature that was impossible to regulate.
The breakfast was not good at all

During 4 days of my stay, the room was cold (heating did not work). The room is dark, illuminated by two bedside lamps and one table lamp. Breakfast is average. The location is very good.

Only stayed for one night, but it served well.
Nice located, only a maybe 20 minute walk from the centre, walking through the commercial zone i think, a lor of clothing stores and stuff.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff very polite.
The room was gorgeous and it smelled well, not like the streets. Very elegant bathroom with very nice details. The beds were very comfortable.
The area this hotel was in is very centric, maybe five minutes away from brussels noord station and well, like twenty minutes away from the centre.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very polite.
The main issue is the noise from the heating/air conditioning system on the fifth floor, which cannot be adjusted or turned off by guests from their rooms.
It disrupted my sleep during the night.
