To be on 2 of the most important culinary guides of the world means maintaining a consistent and thoughtful service all day, with all customers, for each occasion. Not doing it and not apologizing without first being prompted by the customer is unacceptable. Saying you’ll offer the coffees but then adding them to the bill is even worse, especially after some lovely food which arrived with crazy delay (and partially raw…). Not ok, sorry. Hopefully next time will be at the expected level for a place like this.

Stopped by to give it a try. Quality of food was good, a cocktail I ordered was also tasty. However, the behavior of the waiter was edgy and strange. This is no runway or perfomance art centre, it’s a restaurant where I am the guest and expect friendly and nice attitude, which was lacking. Not sure what was that about. Lickily an acquaintance of mine was there to save the day, he was super nice and friendly, and made me feel welcome.

This was a mixed evening.

The food itself was really good. Nice classic starters. Carima beef on point, sides with really good flavours. Turbot a bit on the rare side. The cabbage was a nice surprise. All in all good combinations.

The atmosphere and service however was really not ok. Pushy unfriendly service, very edgy behaviour by the waiters, combined with people smoking while we were eating…this is not ok for a restaurant of this standing. Shame.

This place is a total gem. This, for me, is what a restaurant should be all about. Sharing great food with friends! The sharing part is important to me. I understand it is not for everyone, especially in post covid times, but for me it just brings everyone at the table closer together. And the quality... Oh my god they have delicious food. I could suggest the dishes we tried, but I'm sure everything they offer is of the same quality. Everyone at our table agreed that every dish tasted wonderful, and yet everyone had a different favorite. That for me is a sign of greatness.
