Excellent boutique hotel with excellent luxury rooms. Inside the hotel is also a very very very good restaurant.

The breakfast is nothing special and a little expensive for what you get. But lunch and dinner at the restaurant are certainly worth it.

The rooms are nice and rather well maintained. The shower head could be cleaned better and the windows could do with a fly screen as during Summer with the windows open, the rooms become an all you can eat buffet for mosquitos.

Staff is very friendly and service minded.

Restaurant from red guide Michelin.  Deserve quality.  Friendly staff and open kitchen.  Very nice terrace in front of the MAS. Oysters number 2 of very good quality.  Nice fishes too.   Very well decorated and luxurious.  They also have couple of rooms in their hotel on top of the restaurant.  They are surprisingly super quiet and peaceful will all the luxury equipments.  To be recommended

Nice music. Pretty decor. But that's about it. Service with a snarl!  Sat down, had a couple of menus flung on the table without as much as a welcome. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get someone's attention to order. Ordered tea. Came as luke warm water in a Nespresso glass, with a tea bag on the side. An utter crime against steeping leaves in water! I know Belgium isn't famous for tea, but you'd expect a 4 star hotel toake more of an effort.

We had a fantastic stay here back in October. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The beds were comfy too. Whilst I was here with friends, this hotel would be a great romantic getaway.

We had some small issues with the room such as a lamp being broken, which was replaced quickly when this was mentioned to the front desk. Staff were always on hand to help with reservations too.

We didn’t eat at the restaurant as we found the menu wasn’t to all of our tastes, however it was decorated beautifully. The hotel bar was well stocked and the beer on tap was lovely.

We were in town for the Madonna concert at the Sportpaleis and were able to walk there easily. Otherwise most other things we wanted to do in Antwerp were further south, but it is a very walkable city and easy to get around.

I would definitely recommend U Eat & Sleep for your visit to Antwerp.

The hotel room was nice, comfy and spacious. The food in the restaurant sucked. The poultry was overcooked/dry AND cold at the same time. The wild also contained bullet fragments from the hunter... The service seemed pretty clueless, every server had to ask us the same questions again and poured the drinks in the wrong glasses.
