Fantastisch pakket, ik heb er meerdere uitgeprobeerd en uiteindelijk voor Octopus gekozen en nog geen seconde spijt van gehad. Het programma is heel flexibel en door de handige helpindex vind ik altijd wel wat ik nodig heb. De klantendienst werkt snel en efficiënt. Bovendien bestaan er diverse integraties voor het pakket, o.m. met Teamleader en het werkt perfect, neemt je veel administratie uit handen. Alle facturen worden digitaal opgeslagen en met de handige app stuur je elk bonnetje of factuur rechtstreeks naar je Octopusdossier. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding, een aanrader!

Fantastic package, I tried several and finally chose Octopus and haven't regretted it for a second. The program is very flexible and the handy help index means I can always find what I need. The customer service works quickly and efficiently. In addition, there are various integrations for the package, including with Teamleader, and it works perfectly and takes a lot of administration off your hands. All invoices are stored digitally and with the handy app you can send every receipt or invoice directly to your Octopus file. Excellent price/quality ratio, highly recommended!

J'ai été très contente du programme, accessible et facile :-) Mais vraiment moins du service commercial.  Malheureusement ma comptable étant décédée, j'ai du changer de programme. Ils n'ont même pas fait un geste commercial pour me rembourser une partie de l'abonnement annuel que je venais de payer alors qu'il s'agit d'une  situation indépendante de ma volonté. Et très difficile de récupérer les archives!!!!

I was very happy with the program, accessible and easy :-) But really less so with the sales department.  Unfortunately my accountant died, I had to change programs. They didn't even make a commercial gesture to reimburse me for part of the annual subscription that I had just paid even though it was a situation beyond my control. And very difficult to recover the archives!!!!

Het boekhoudgedeelte lijkt goed te werken. Maar andere zaken rond het boekhoudgedeelte minder. Er is geen efficiënte rappelering naar klanten. Daardoor groeit de betalingsachterstand van klanten. Eigenlijk is werken met deze software dus jezelf in moeilijkheden brengen. Het is enkele uren aanpassen aan de software en de zaak is dan direct efficiënt. Gewoon even rond tafel zitten op de zien hoe dit wel efficiënt kan en het is opgelost.

The accounting part seems to work well. But other matters surrounding the accounting part less so. There is no efficient reminder to customers. As a result, customer payment arrears are increasing. In fact, working with this software means getting yourself into trouble. It takes a few hours to adjust the software and things are immediately efficient. Just sit around the table and see how this can be done efficiently and it will be solved.

heel ontevreden van deze diensten; zijn er enkel op uit om veel geld te kloppen uit de zakken van hun klanten , geen dienst naar de klanten toe en weinig of geen communicatie. Had reeds dat gevoel van in het begin en het is nog erger geworden; NOOIT zal ik dit bedrijf aanbevelen.
