I have been here twice before they earned their first Michelin star. It was an absolute delight. Presentation combined with delicious flavors made me come back. And for what you are getting, it is very reasonably priced.

Sensum is the kind of restaurant that leaves a mark in your memory for a long time! The setting is divine, with a perfect match of old and contemporary.
Everything is perfect, each dish seasoned and cooked to the perfection, everything has a little twist, an ingredient that gives it an extra dimension. Every wine was perfectly selected. This restaurant truly deserves its star! I also find it pretty affordable for the quality and complexity of the menu. This place is a must visit in Ghent for gastronomy enthusiasts !

Impressive setting. No-nonsense welcome and service. Michelin star level gastronomy. Loved the wine selection. Great experience. Special shout-out to the bartender for the best Espresso Martini in Ghent!

Very expensive, not worth the money!  Price and quality is not in proportion.  Meat was absolutely not tasty. Irish coffee 15€ but without quality whiskey? Glass of wine 17€ and nothing special? We won't be back for a while.
