It's probably the best fine dine experience I have had. The food was exceptional, and the service was stellar. The tomato tartare and the sweetbreads were the star dishes of the night.

Situated in an old school, Neon is a very orginal plantbased restaurant.

Plantbased does not mean vegetarian, but it means starting from vegetables to create recipes.
These are mainly local vegetables, locally sourced and in-season. But the kitchen team of Nils creates real jewels out of this by adding their experience, skill, creativity and excellent taste to it.

We chose the non alcoholic accompanying drinks with the menu and were impressed with the creations the sommelier put in our glasses. They were in line with the philosophy of Neon and were complementing the dishes in an excellent way.

The service was personal, friendly and excellent throughout.

Voilà toffe hele beleving gehad, toegankelijke sfeer, ietsje losser, maar toch met aandacht, absoluut lekker gegeten, ondanks dat ik eerder een "vlees"-eter ben, waren dit ongelooflijk lekkere combinaties van groenten en smaken, nee, ik word zeker niet vegetarisch, maar top, persoonlijk vond ik dessert iets minder, maar daar gaan we niet over zeuren ....

Voilà had a great experience, accessible atmosphere, a little looser, but still with attention, absolutely delicious food, despite the fact that I am more of a "meat" eater, these were incredibly tasty combinations of vegetables and flavors, no, I will certainly not become vegetarian , but great, personally I thought dessert was a bit less, but we're not going to complain about that....
