In een bedrijf van 500+ werknemers geraken de automaten niet binnen de 2weken hersteld, als ze dan hersteld geraken kunnen ze binnen enkele dagen weer buiten dienst zijn. Nooit gedacht dat de kwaliteit van een drankautomaat kon zakken onder nul door plaatsen van splinternieuwe toestellen.

In a company with 500+ employees, the machines cannot be repaired within 2 weeks; if they are repaired, they can be out of service again within a few days. Never thought that the quality of a drinks machine could drop below zero due to the installation of brand new equipment.

Machine souvent en panne, on promet que le technicien viendra aujourd'hui car il est dans le coin, au final, personne qui vient ni le jour suivant.
Pas moyen de les joindre au téléphone, ça coupe après  avoir choisi l'option 2 (service technique).

Nemůžu psát sprosté slova aby to nesmazali takže slušně, když se něco pokazí a stroj vám vezme peníze, tak vám tato společnost nic nevrátí. Rozhodně nedoporučuji si to brát sám s kladivem. To je nelegální.

I can't write bad words so they don't delete it, so honestly, if something goes wrong and the machine takes your money, this company won't give you anything back. I definitely don't recommend taking it alone with a hammer. This is illegal.

Helaas kan ik geen nul sterren geven, anders zou ik dat zonder twijfel doen. Voor klantgerichtheid en service moet u bij dit bedrijf niet zijn. Klanten die in hun ogen tz weinig opbrengen, worden stilzwijgend gemeden of afgedankt als klant. In ons geval werd er door Mastervending beslist om onze automaten niet langer aan te vullen omdat wij een te klein verbruik hebben. Hierover is naar ons toe nooit gecommuniceerd! Na een vrijblijvende vraag van mijn kant over de opzeggingsvoorwaarden ontvang ik een zeer botte en zeer korte e-mail waarin zij melden dat zij al hebben beslist om onze firma niet langer als klant te behouden en een vermelding naar een collega om de ophaling van onze toestellen in te plannen. Ik moet zelf bellen om hierover toelichting te krijgen om dan te horen dat zij "honderden nieuwe klanten hebben binnengehaald", dus wij zijn als kleine vis niet langer nodig. Zeer onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel, absoluut niet klantgericht en reageren niet op mails wanneer het voor hen niet genoeg opbrengt.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars, otherwise I would without a doubt. You should not go to this company for customer focus and service. Customers who in their view do not yield much are silently avoided or discarded as customers. In our case, Mastervending decided to no longer replenish our vending machines because our consumption was too low. We have never been communicated about this! After a non-binding question from me about the cancellation conditions, I receive a very blunt and very short e-mail in which they report that they have already decided to no longer retain our company as a customer and a message to a colleague to arrange the collection of our devices. to plan. I have to call myself to get an explanation about this only to be told that they have "brought in hundreds of new customers", so we as small fish are no longer needed. Very unfriendly and unprofessional, absolutely not customer-oriented and do not respond to emails when it is not enough for them.
