Gisteren heb ik waanzinnig goed gegeten! Ik had vooraf mijn intoleranties doorgegeven, wat soms een uitdaging kan zijn omdat ik geen melkproducten of gluten mag. Maar hier hebben ze daar volledig rekening mee gehouden.

Van begin tot einde was het echt top. Het is zo fijn om een restaurant te vinden dat zonder problemen rekening houdt met allergieën/intoleranties, en waar je bij elk gerecht gewoon zorgeloos kunt genieten van wat je mag eten. Ik kreeg bij elke gang iets dat speciaal voor mij bereid was, zonder dat het lastig of ingewikkeld aanvoelde voor het team. Wauw, een dikke pluim!

Voor mij hoeven restaurants niet per se een Michelinster te hebben om goed te zijn, maar jullie verdienen er wat mij betreft zeker één! Bedankt voor alle moeite, en ik kom graag snel weer terug.

Yesterday I ate incredibly well! I had communicated my intolerances in advance, which can sometimes be a challenge because I cannot eat dairy products or gluten. But here they have fully taken that into account.

It was really great from start to finish. It is so nice to find a restaurant that takes allergies/intolerances into account without any problems, and where you can enjoy what you eat with every dish without any worries. With each course I received something that was specially prepared for me, without it feeling difficult or complicated for the team. Wow, big thumbs up!

For me, restaurants don't necessarily have to have a Michelin star to be good, but as far as I'm concerned you certainly deserve one! Thank you for all your efforts, and I look forward to coming back soon.

Na een goed ontvangst mochten we plaats nemen aan onze tafel met heel confortable stoelen. Na eerst een lekkere cocktail hebben de 5 gangen genomen met extra signature dish (King krab) en aangepaste wijnen. Afgesloten hebben we met een koffie cognac. Conclusie van de avond ... een rustige avond met een goede, vlotte bediening met lekker eten voor een correcte prijs enkel de wijn was veel te weinig. Na dit te melden kwamen ze daarna wel een beetje bijgieten maar al bij al was het wel net iets te weinig. toch een leuke, lekkere avond gehad. Zeker de moeite waard.

After a good welcome we were allowed to take a seat at our table with very comfortable chairs. After a delicious cocktail, we had 5 courses with an extra signature dish (King crab) and matched wines. We ended with a cognac coffee. Conclusion of the evening ... a quiet evening with good, smooth service with tasty food for a fair price, but the wine was far too little. After reporting this, they added a little more water, but all in all it was just a little too little. Still had a nice, nice evening. Definitely worth it.

Mooi en gezellig ingericht. Bediening was goed: Voldoende en attent zonder teveel te zijn.
Eten was lekker. Desserts had ik 2x een wauw gevoel. Even de smaken laten bezinken en je afvragen wat voor iets magisch er zich net in je mond heeft afgespeeld. Dat miste ik wel een beetje bij de andere gerechten. Desalniettemin was het eten over heel de lijn zeer lekker. Gerechtje met biet vond ik de biet de vis overheersen... maar vond het zijn geld zeker en vast waard! Prijs kwaliteit verdient het voor mij een 9/10 en dat rond ik maar al te graag af naar 5 sterren.

Food was tasty. I had a wow feeling twice with desserts. Let the flavors sink in and wonder what magical thing just happened in your mouth. I missed that a bit with the other dishes. Nevertheless, the food was very tasty across the board. I thought the beetroot dish overpowered the fish... but I thought it was definitely worth the money! Price-quality, for me it deserves a 9/10 and I am happy to round that up to 5 stars.
