Dinner at the hotel? Why? I checked on Google maps on alternatives nearby. And tested to reserve a table at Zappaz. Lucky me and 1 hour later I was here and didn’t know I was to have one of the best dinners in my 66 years of life. Absolutely great. Innovative. Taste combinations and taste explosions. So good. So nice. So great!

Went to dinner at Zappaz and it was sensational!! The food was creative, filling and it tasted delicious as well. The service was extremely attentive with the waitstaff informing us of each and every course of our tasting menu. Detailed information about the wine was also highly appreciated. As for the atmosphere, the interior is dark with dim lighting. Good to know: the dinner lasted approximately 5 hours; we were a group of 9 people and we ordered the tasting menu for €125 per person plus the wine pairing. The time flew by thanks to the outstanding service and overall experience. Highly recommend for those who appreciate excellent quality food paired with exquisite service and more importantly who can take the time to enjoy the culinary experience.

Excellent gastronomic menu! Nice winter menu with a lot of variations and innovative creations. From the start, with the amuses, we were blown away. The dessert was also exceeding my expectations. And everything in between was beautiful and delicious !  Nice wine suggestions too.  The service was also of high quality and very friendly.

For the money that you pay I was a little bit disappointed. We had some amazing dishes but others were cold (as in really cold) and others were very hard to bite and you needed to make a mess so that you could be able to eat it.
I must say that I don't eat red meat and Zappaz adapted the dishes for me, that was really great and big plus.
But overall it wasn't a bad experience, just a bit disappointing.

Amazing restaurant with tasteful dishes. You've got the option between 5,6 or 7 courses; with or without wine. The unique menu changes often and is creatively build by the master(s) in the kitchen. Each flavor and each presentation are well thought-out by the chef to give you the ultimate experience.
The atmosphere and the service are great, but keep in mind you might need 2 or 3 hours to get through the whole menu; so make sure to take your time and enjoy the moment! 😉
