Well. The city of Ath - I spent one hour discovering the city so now a loooong lunch starting with a splendid champagne and lots of good food. Certainly the kitchen deserves a Michelin 1 star - the service is the nicest ever but the service staff forget  their promises “I will get you an extra chocolate” - and “I will give you the WiFi code” - things that never were delivered - just like any election campaign in random country🐻‍❄️So certainly I will return to the restaurant to enjoy their Michelin 1 star food

I went to Quai No 4 for dinner. The food was wonderful, accompanying wines were delicious. Sincere compliments to the chef for the design and plating of these dishes.
The contrast between the meal and the environment however takes away from the experience. This high quality food served on a bare table? The service was good, with all very young people, which did result in some glasses left behind now and again when the pattern of serving and clearing the table didn't fully match up.
In summary, superb food, a young enthusiastic crew, the atmosphere deserves some more attention and the service is very good.

We had one of the best fine dining experienced of the year! The menu was innovative, fresh and well balanced and the wine paring had some really interesting wines! Will visit again when in the area!
