The service, room, wellness and dinner are excellent as expected for a four stars hotel.
The only and mayor disadvantage is the wifi which is really bad (3.8 Mbps) definitely didn’t expect this for a 4 star hotel. I need a good wifi connection for my work and this is the worst wifi speed I’ve ever encountered in any hotel or other accommodation. If this could be fixed ASAP I would appreciate it and take this review down.

Their bistro is ok, but a bit pricey.
Would like to try their restaurant as well on my future visit.

Perfectly located beautiful hotel. Nice and friendly personnel.. Excellent and delicious dinner, breakfast also of good choice. Swimming  pool is big and luckily kids also allowed. Suite room is very nice! All in all:  10/10 points.. excellent place! During our stay also 40 cm snow around the hotel which made it like in a fairy tale. We will return for sure. Can only recommend this hotel.

Overall too expensive for what you get. In the middle of a small uninteresting village. Staff is not welcoming, they have many rules for you to follow. Wellness is old but they are building new saunas.
The food is the best part, classic and very fresh.

We went back to this hotel to repeat our honeymoon as we liked it so much there the first time. We did not regret it. We were there during off season and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and the restaurant delivered food just as good as we remembered. The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious and everything was clean and working fine.

We look forward to returning in a few years time for the next anniversary.
