Taste is good but nothing new personnally or new discovery for me.
Felt that the main dishes were a bit cold or not warm enough in my opinion.
Our room was small and cosy but it can quickly become noisy depending on the voice volume of other clients.

We had an excellent dinner. The setting is delightful with great views across the valley. 5 course menu. was beautiful in aspect and taste. The selected wines were very well matched, and the service was at once discrete, attentive and amusing.
