A small group of friends and I had dinner at this funky-looking restaurant. It's a small place with a terrace and a cool, eclectic mix of decor. You know the feeling when you find a place that exceeds your expectations? Well, this is that place. They have a true chef. The young waiter is very friendly and sweet. (Hope the boss can see that 😄). the fois gras is super high quality considering the price. Lots of traditional northern French dishes. Recommendable!

Unfortunately the service is a catastrophe. You are constantly being ignored unless you are a regular (then you will be greeted with kisses and fawned over). You have to beg to be able to order or re-order, and you are treated with disdain, arrogance and snottiness. I speak French, the language was not the issue. The food is okayish, though it was the worst Sauce Béarnaise I have ever tried (the consistency and temperature of cold butter) and the cook seems to hate salt. If you like to be mistreated by rude waiters, this is the place to go, if not, abstain.
