Amuse-bouche with frois gras ad Cabillaud were surpinsgly large portion and tasty. Every dish taken separately is fantastic but the overall men's outcome is a bit heavy with a lot of thick sauces (with the Saint-Jacques, with the deer). Service and atmosphere are amazing.

Wonderful place.  Great cooking and friendly staff.  To be recommended.  Well deserved Michelin star.  Perfect wine pairing also available.  Traditional french cooking with many twist and every dishes are surprisingly elaborated.  Simple. Complex and tasty.

The decoration, dishes, and service at the restaurant were all excellent. The only downside was being disturbed by the loud gossiping of a couple of women at the next table, which affected my mood. Other than that, everything was great!

No Question that this is a 1* restaurant. Really nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff. They accept dogs. Nice vine selection. I would rate this to be on the high end of 1*...

Great food. It was very cold innth restaurant on our arrival (in plain winter) as we were the first guests to arrive in the restaurant that day, but they took care of that. One person asked for veggie, and while that was definitely OK, I would not call it a natural strength of the restaurant (and staff serving customers)
