Very polite and well presenting staff. You expect a lot by entering this place, but…
In a restaurant of this apparent level, you would not expect paper napkins 🙄
The food was pretty ok but at this price tag, you expect more work coming out of the kitchen ( presentation, spices, salad, sauces are very minimalist) and maybe a little bit more quantity in your plate.
So with regard to the price/and category that this restaurant tries to fit in, they deserve 3 stars only from my point of view.

The food was nice but as prices are quite high, i was expecting a higher standard. Three out of my 6 oysters had not been properly opened (when you call yourself Maître Ecailler, this is not acceptable). My fish was really tasty but it came to me lukewarm only. The best thing of our lunch was the wine. The waitress was professional.
