It was my first time in Sofia. and looking at the hotel reviews, I decided to stay in this hotel. And I realized that it was a very right decision.
When you enter, you are greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast, location, safe, cleanliness is very good.
Reception staff helped with everything.
Especially on the check out day of 12.12.2024, the reception staff were very helpful with the taxi.
When I left, I felt like I was leaving a friend's house.

When we arrived the guy at reception was rude - we arrived around midnight. Was th only down of the hotel but the it was the first impression. Really good location and the lady at the reception during the weekend was lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

They said we'd have a bathtub, a bigger room, since it was with a premium registration on booking - which was a lie. Since a bulgarian went to check in - they gave a small and not such comfortable room. The restaurant was nice. The food was also good. But the scam was enough for me not to go back.

Tidy hotel in the heart of Sofia. Offers good value for price. Rooms are well equipped including bath utilities. Can recommend. Rooms are clean and breakfast offers a good variety.

YOU CANNOT ADJUST AIR CON IN THE ROOM. STAFF SAID THAT IT IS CENTRAL MODE WHICH EVERY GUESS MUST STAY IN THE SAME TEMPERATURE THAT HOTEL SET. I NEED TO OPEN THE WINDOW WHICH STILL HOT FOR ME AND NOISY SINCE HOTEL IS NEXT TO THE STREET. I chose this hotel because of BW chain and will be no more.
