Great hospitality, location, easy reach from the airport and city center. Smooth, quick and friendly check-in with Marina. Super helpful Ivan at concierge. Impeccable impression, we had great time in the middle of our vacation. Rooms are spacious, clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and supplied with utilities. As for the breakfast, it's beyond expectation, we will definitely comes again...

Luxurious,business hotel in the center of Sofia.They thought about every detail. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable visit.
As an Ambassador we had a great treatment from the staff,they upgraded our room with us asking them.
One of the highlights was the breakfast – a fantastic selection of fresh, delicious options catering to all tastes. The hotel also offers excellent dining facilities, and I found the on-site restaurant to be a great place to enjoy both local and international cuisine.
The hotel has a descent gym and a very good spa area-the massage is a must if you have time

Modern and luxurious hotel that has an amazing location, right in the center of the city. The interior is sleek, the rooms big and spacious and of course clean. The staff is nice and respectful and the food is delicious. Personally I don't find anything wrong with this hotel and definitely recommend staying at it.

Perfectly positioned , the hotel service is superb, our room was sumptuously large and very well and regularly cleaned. Breakfast has a very wide choice. There were fruits, meats and cheeses, bacon, sausages and eggs, cakes, beautiful different fresh breads, and some of the best croissants we've had.
