Excellent service. They didn’t have space when we arrived and asked to wait for 10 minutes or so, we walked around and took longer to come back. They had reserved a table for us for when we had returned. The table service was excellent and attentive. The waitress described the menu very well providing us with recommendations.
Food was great.

A highlight of our travels through the islands of Croatia was dining and spending time with the lovely owners of this family run restaurant Blue Doors in Stari grad. The food was outstanding. The service and atmosphere were second to none. We felt we left with new friends. We are grateful for the experience.  We promise to send more pictures soon for your website!! 🙏🥰🥂

Don’t mess around and just come here.

Our best dinner we’ve had in Stari Grad. Great spot, staff are super sweet, and food was delicious.

We had the ceviche and the triangle for starters. Mussels with frites and tuna steak with veggies for our main. For dessert we had this green chocolate mousse thing (rich and delicate at the same time!)

Very tasty food and great service. Gave us plenty of time in between courses to enjoy the atmosphere. Recommend the Warm Starter Salmon and Prawn Tagliatelle and Main Dish Octopus Goulash

This is a popular choice so booking it an absolute must.

We booked via WhatsApp which was perfect and arrange the time and table we wanted.  The restaurant is owned by 2 brothers and their hospitality was incredible.  The menu is largely fish and they have a number of home recipes which they take time to explain.  The food quality is superb and after eating other restaurants across Croatia this one was probably the best in terms of ingredients and taste.

We wanted to try some of the different wines so rather than buying a bottle or 2 they allowed us the equivalent by the glass.  Such a great idea.

The brothers joined us for a few local mint and gin shots which was a lovely touch.

If you are staying at the Maslina hotel get booked in here as most of the residents eat here every night!

As the menu is small, don’t be afraid of mix and matching, the brothers allowed us to have the table all evening and allowing time to enjoy the evening and pick a way through the menus trying different dishes.
