We’ve chosen this restaurant based on Michelin recommendation and good reviews in Google. Based on this our expectations were too high, and we were a bit disappointed. This is a good restaurant with good food and wonderful panorama, but it is not outstanding nor special. There is a playground near the tables that children can enjoy before/ after lunch. The service was surprisingly fast.
We ate horseradish soup, which was good with basic tastes. It contained quite lot of starch, like the sauce of duck breast as second plate.
Unfortunately there is no restaurant near the highway, only fast food therefore it can be a good alternative with 10 min drive from highway. However, Michelin recommendation for me is not justified.

Panorama is very beautiful. Outdoors you can find kids playground and labyrinth. Staff is kind, food came quick and prices are fair. Mushroom soup was okay, normal…Beefsteak filled with cheese and ham; and an egg on top was a bit dry and egg is not paired well with the rest. I don’t see the reason for Michelin recommendation but overall the food was nice.

Amazing place! Stunning view of the vineyard and city, peaceful, romantic, playground, labirintus, great service, hearty food with a lot of home made ingredients! Went back in the second day as well, visited their winery, the staff was very kind, told briefly the history of the mansion, the land and wines, very good wine, absolutely friendly price, had light early dinner, spent some pleasant hours in the garden.

Absolute gem! Restaurant is located on top of the small hill overlooking the city of Varaždin. Sides of the restaurant are mostly glass surfaces so you can see all the scenery outside. By the windows are small herbariums with aromatic herbs, aparently used by chefs for their food creations. There are wineyards outside. Food is very good, the taste and the presentation. Plenty of wines offered. Free parking near the facility. A must try if you are somewhere near.
